Where mountain ingredients meet refined technique
We've spent years perfecting dishes that honor the wilderness around us - think locally foraged ingredients, wild-caught fish, and flavors you won't find anywhere else
Our main dining space isn't your typical hotel restaurant - it's honestly become a destination on its own. Floor-to-ceiling windows give you those mountain views while you're enjoying what might be the best meal you'll have all year.
We do seasonal menus because, well, that's when stuff actually tastes good. Our chef's kinda obsessed with working with local farmers and foragers, so what's on your plate changes throughout the year. Spring brings wild ramps and fresh trout, summer's all about berries and herbs, fall gets us excited about mushrooms and game, and winter... winter's when we really show off with our preserves and heartier dishes.

We're pretty proud of our cellar - over 800 labels from around the world, with a serious focus on BC and Canadian wines that deserve way more attention than they get.
Our sommelier, David, actually knows his stuff and won't make you feel dumb for asking questions. He's great at finding bottles you'll love, whether you're into bold reds, crisp whites, or something you've never tried before. The cellar room's available for private tastings too, which is a pretty cool experience if you're into that sort of thing.

"We've eaten at a lot of high-end restaurants, and this is easily in our top five. The tasting menu was incredible - every course was perfectly executed. Chef Marcus came out to chat with us and you could tell he genuinely loves what he does."
- Jennifer M., Toronto
"That chocolate soufflé... I'm not even exaggerating when I say it changed my life. The whole meal was outstanding, but Elena's desserts are something else. Already planning our next trip back."
- Robert K., Seattle
"David the sommelier paired wines with our meal that we never would've tried on our own - and they were perfect. The whole experience felt special but not pretentious, which is hard to pull off. Will definitely be back."
- Sarah L., Vancouver
